Glass Stack has successfully fought this battle at various lenders through analysis and discipline. That knowledge and experience is the backbone of the solution we are bringing to the lenders who need it the most.
The Glass Stack platform consists of five specific components that work in unison to provide the transparency needed for mortgage lenders to manage costs.
Data security and compliance is our #1 priority. With that in mind, we have implemented the following.
- We will set up an API connection to your Loan Origination System on your behalf. This connection can be disabled by you at any time.
- We won't collect any Personally Identifiable Information and all data will be anonymized and aggregated so the competition won't know it is your data.
- Data will be collected once per day, after hours, to minimize system impact. This connection can be disabled by you at any time.
- The tools that we use for data storage and analysis are SOC2 and HIPAA compliant.
